Down for the count
I had every intension of posting a new cool message on Thursday about my Grocery shopping extravaganza but then as I was unloading my groceries my back decided it got twisted and bent too much and for the rest of the evening I looked like an upside down L trying to move around the house. I have been sleeping with a hot pad on it and taking lots of Advil and Alieve and it's not as bad but Saturday it started to flare up again and I am really freaked out. I don't think my Doctor is in but I will have to see tomorrow. Out of all the painful things I have ever done this back thing is, so far, the most painful thing I have ever experienced. I hope to do more stuff later but right now I am starting to feel a twinge and I am going to take some Advil and go to bed. Sorry my life as been boring this week. I will catch you up before Thanksgiving.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear about your back. And with all those people coming over on Saturday I'm sure you have so much you want to be doing. I'll be praying for you to feel better. I threw my back out about 8 years ago when I sneezed of all things. I still have occassional pain in my lower left back from it. Hopefully yours goes away completely. Try to enjoy your holiday. P.S. And make sure your hubby pampers you and helps out with stuff...you know, milk it for all it's worth.
Ouch ... that hurts; I can totally relate. A good chiropractor may help, especially if something popped out of place. It usaully will heal faster too. I usually am told to use ice at first before heat. Bummer right before the holiday. Hope you feel better soon. Cathy Ann
Sorry to hear that!! I hope you're feeling better soon!! Back pain is a bummer. I would alternate ice and heat. My hubby is a chiropractor so my first thing I would try is going to one. It sure has helped me a lot!
Thanks for the great advice I am enjoying the heat a great deal but I don't like the cold. I will see about a chiropractor on Monday. After the holiday weekend.
